Serving Middlesbrough & the North East
Although ALM Property Management serves clients across the UK, we remain proud of our strong Middlesbrough roots and commitment to the North East. We understand the challenges and opportunities that come with managing properties in this region, from residential refurbishments to commercial maintenance and industrial conversions. Our local knowledge allows us to provide responsive and cost-effective services, backed by a clear understanding of regional property types and client needs. Based in Middlesbrough, we are well positioned to support communities across Teesside, County Durham, Tyne and Wear and North Yorkshire. Whether working with homeowners, landlords, businesses or maritime clients, our goal is to provide tailored solutions that improve and protect properties. This regional focus, combined with our ability to operate nationally, makes ALM a dependable partner for anyone seeking quality property management.
Giving Back to Our Community
ALM Property Management is more than just a business—it is an active part of the local community. Our founder, Ashley Moore, has a long history of supporting grassroots sport, having set up and coached the Eagles youth football team between 2004 and 2014. This commitment to young people reflects the company’s wider belief in giving back and supporting causes that make a difference. We are proud to contribute to local initiatives including Kicks for Cancer and Maxi’s Mates Dog Rescue, both of which are close to our hearts. By backing these charities, we help raise awareness and provide vital support for important causes across the North East. Community involvement is central to who we are, and we continue to look for ways to invest our time and resources into projects that positively impact Middlesbrough and the wider region.
